You and your family can enjoy a fun packed day-long activity break with over 20 activities to choose from on our 30 acre site. See the Activities drop down list above for ideas! With your own qualified and enthusiastic instructor you and your family can spend quality time together whilst trying your hand at some of the most exciting adventure sports around. Located in the beautiful south Shropshire hills, why not live the family adventure for yourself! We put together and agree a programme to suit you in advance. Coasteering Weekends
2 day coasteering adventure in St David’s, Pembrokeshire spend an action packed weekend cliff jumping, scrambling the coastal rocks, swimming though caves and having sole use of a bunk house in a great location. Afternoon options of coastal walks, power boating and fishing. We will take you on a fully guided expedition with our guides and all equipment is supplied included wetsuits and buoyancy aids. You must be over the age of 18 to join this event.

Canoe & Kayak Course
This short course is designed to give you the foundation skills in canoeing or kayaking and varied types of paddlesport. Running for 2 evenings at our centre lake and the final evening on the river Severn. This is a great opportunity to try a new skill/hobby with friends or progress any existing knowledge and experience you may already have. There is no obligation to commit to attending all dates, however in order to do the last evening on the river Severn you will need to have completed the 2 subsequent sessions.

8th 6.30-8.30pm, 15th 6.30-8.30pm, and 22 May 6.30-late.

Change of clothes, towel and waterproof jacket.
Paintball Session
Come and try paintball for an evening. This extremely popular activity is a great adrenalin rush located at our custom built paintball arena. Children must be over the age of 12.

5 June, 6.30-8.30pm
Price
£20.00 for 250 paintballs. Additional paint can be purchased on the day.
What to bring
Suitable, comfortable clothing and footwear.
Canoe & Bike
Enjoy a leisurely mountain bike ride along the River Severn, stop for lunch and swap your bikes for canoe’s and paddle back along the River Severn. This is a great day out with fantastic scenery. Children must be over the age of 12.

What to bring
All equipment supplied. You are welcome to bring your own bike. A discounted rate of £40 per person will apply. Suitable clothing for bike riding in and a full change of warm clothing including footwear for the canoe trip. Packed lunch or money for pub lunch en-route.
Horse/Bike Ride
Choose from either an evening of mountain biking or a leisurely horse ride. Riding through the beautiful Shropshire Countryside. Children must be over the age of 12.

£25 per person for a guided horse ride
What to bring
Clothing suitable for bike riding or horse riding. Comfy trousers not jeans recommended for horse riding and shoes or boots with a small heel.
Abseiling
The abseiling takes place on the sandstone rock face near Bewdley. This is a breath taking 100ft of exposure and when you control your first big abseil, the sense of achievement is second to none.

High Ropes Course
Join us for an evening on an extreme challenge course suspended high in our oak forest. Our high ropes course consists of five elements which are designed to test you both mentally and physically.

Powerboating at Condover Lake, Shrewsbury
Spend the afternoon at the beautiful Condover Lake jumping on and off the water trying out new water sports. This Includes water skiing, donuting, boat handling and wakeboarding. BBQ included just bring your own drinks.You must be over the age of 18 to join this event.

Swimwear for under wetsuits (wetsuits provided and included in price). Towel and warm clothes required for after the activities. BBQ food included in price. Please bring your own drinks.
White Water Rafting
Travel with us to Cardiff and spend an afternoon descending raging rapids at Cardiff's award winning international WW centre. This is an adrenalin fuelled activity so whatever your experience you are in for an enjoyable ride! Children must be over the age of 12.

What to bring
Swimming costume to go under wetsuit (wetsuit and wetsuit boots provided & included in price). Packed lunch and refreshments. There is a cafe at the white water centre to purchase lunch and refreshments.
